Carving Station:
- Salmon En croute with baby spinach, feta cheese & crab meat With Hollandaise sauce, Maltese sauce & Béarnaise sauce.
- Cardamom & Pear Roasted Pit Ham With Trio of Mustards.
- Slow Roasted Steam Ship of Beef Au jus, horseradish & horseradish Cream.
- Warm Sweet & Savory Dinner Rolls.
- Whipped Butter, Honey Cinnamon Butter & Walnut & Onion Butter, Apple Butter.

Omelet Station:
- Chef made to order Omelet Station with filings: Tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, peppers, Spinach, broccoli, ham, sausage, bacon, Smoked turkey, Cheddar Cheese, Feta cheese, Chevre cheese, American cheese, provolone cheese.

Waffle Station:
- Chef made to Belgiu, waffles with toppings: Cinnamon glazed apples, blueberries, warm maple syrup, whipped butter, whipped cream, pumpkin spice & honey whipped cream, Chocolate Chips, & Rainbow Sprinkles.

Pasta Station:
- Chef made to order pasta: Cheese tortellini, Penne, Orzo. Sauces include: Scampi, Alfredo, & Marinara.
- Fillings:  Bermuda onion, Trio of peppers, baby spinach, Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Black Olives, Scallions, Fennel mini meatballs, sausage coins, julienne chicken breast, Pesto, & Parmesan cheese.

Soup Station:
- Knickers Famous Pepper Jack Cream of crab soup.
- Dutch Chicken Corn noodle soup.
- Assortment of Crackers.

Hot Buffet:
- Crab Stuffed Flounder with old bay beurre blanc.
- Grilled chicken breast with a Tropical fruit Relish.
- Roasted Garlic Smashed Red skin Potatoes.
- Spring Vegetable Medley – cauliflower, broccoli, baby carrots, julienne red peppers, zucchini & yellow squash.

Seafood Extravaganza
