Why: This year marks the sixth anniversary of ! Opening their doors in 2007, Mindy and Brian Quesenberry have been dedicated to providing specialty programs to suit clients' needs and promoting health and fitness in an educational, goal-oriented atmosphere.
Nationally accredited fitness professionals, Mindy and Brian have expertise in personal training, sports conditioning and group fitness. They began their adventure in a small studio space on Pauline Drive in York and grew into two spaces after high demand. Eventually, group fitness was added to their offerings as well as nutritional services.
In August 2012, the Quesenberry's joined the Heritage Hospitality family with the continuing growth of Heritage Hills Athletic Club. During this transition, the club gained not only their new equipment but new personal trainers for members to work with. "We couldn't be more excited for the Phases team," said Matt DeRose, owner of Heritage Hospitality Management. "There was an immediate impact on our fitness programs with the transition. We look forward to celebrating many other milestones together." Mindy's new role includes Director of Fitness at Heritage Hills Athletic Club and Phases Fitness, certified personal trainer, nutrition specialist and group fitness instructor.
"The success of Phases Fitness truly comes from the members and dedicated staff," said Quesenberry. "Together we have built a place where people achieve their personal best. More people are moving and getting results due to the sense of community we have. We feel with our recent partnership with Heritage Hills Athletic Club, we can now provide members a top notch facility to get the best of both worlds. It has been a pleasure for us to watch Phases grow and cultivate the health and fitness world."
The step that Phases Fitness has taken with coincides with the long term goal: to provide the community with a full-service fitness and recreational facility that offers quality programs for our guests.
