Heritage Hills Resort to Welcome Anthony Melchiorri, Host of Travel Channel's "Hotel Impossible" as Keynote Speaker at Annual Meeting
Tourism Stakeholder Networking Event, taking place Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at York College. Melchiorri's appearance coincides with the annual event hosted by the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau that morning.
"This is a wonderful opportunity for us to learn from an industry expert," said Brandy Meyer, Director of Sales for Heritage Hospitality Management. "As an independent hotel, we must continually better our product and stay fresh in the market."
Matt DeRose, owner of Heritage Hills Resort said, "What better way to learn key insights and opportunities than by hosting someone as a guest of our resort."
Heritage Hills Resort was thrilled to be approached by the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau with this opportunity and values the partnership. In addition to Melchiorri's keynote, the "hotel fixer" will visit Heritage Hills Resort and offer his consulting expertise to the resort's owner and hotel management.
"We look forward to meeting Mr. Melchiorri," said Meyer. "We are committed to providing excellent service and improving our product within the hospitality industry in York County."
