Fox 43 Morning News Team Trains at Heritage Hills Athletic Club
Members of the morning news team visit the athletic club once a week for instruction and training, courtesy of Heritage Hospitality and Mindy Quesenberry of Heritage Hills Athletic Club and Phases Fitness. Parts of the session and tips on various aspects of fitness are aired the following week.
"This is an opportunity to educate the average person who might not be a fitness guru on the simple things to maximize a workout," said Quesenberry, Director of Fitness at Heritage Hills Athletic Club. "Many people just don't know where to start when it comes to exercise; this segment gets the word out and shows people working out is not as scary as it might seem!"
In addition to the segments shown on the morning news, Fox 43 posts the additional fitness advice and information in the Get Fit! blog on the website.
Heritage Hills Athletic Club and Phases Fitness partnered in August of 2012. Group fitness classes, indoor tennis, racquetball, weight training and cardio rooms are offered in addition to personal training sessions at Heritage Hills Athletic Club.
Fox 43 has partnered with Heritage Hospitality on more than just fitness. Hair stylists at the Resort's in-house Serenity Spa and Salon are responsible for styling the morning news anchors.
