FITNESS MEMBERSHIP: Includes group fitness classes & use of fitness equipment (cardio machines & weights), racquetball/squash, towel service, tanning & childcare.
Add on:
PHASES FITNESS MEMBERSHIP: A specialized program to suit individual needs trainer supervision, accountability and reprogramming/measurements every eight weeks. Includes all Heritage Hills Athletic Club Fitness Membership amenities.

Get your kids ready for the ultimate dance-fitness workout with Zumbatomic™! Starting Tuesday, June 4 at 9:30am.
Parents, are you looking to complete your workout at the same time? Drop your kids off at daycare and sign them up to participate in class. Zumbatomic™ instructor will escort them to and from class!
Punch cards for Zumbatomic™ are available at the Front Desk, 10 classes for $50. Parents with children age 12, class is included with the child add on to your fitness membership.

All classes have an 8 - 10 person limit, with the exception of TRX (six person limit). All participants need to sign up the week prior to the class. Mix & match all classes* over the course of six weeks.
Specialty Class punch cards will be available for purchase for $180 (Members) and $215 (non-members). Schedule and class descriptions coming soon!
