Want to give your meeting a little kick? Ask about a Healthy Meeting* option – where more than just your mind gets a workout!  Customize your event with one of the options below, or ask your sales manager about private fitness classes at Heritage Hills Athletic Club.  If you're planning an overnight meeting, all hotel guests have access to Heritage Hills Athletic Club, our state-of-the-art 60,000 square foot facility, located adjacent to the Resort. 

Revive
This offering can be added to your meeting to enhance the attendees ability to focus, feel relaxed and walk away feeling rejuvenated. Yoga based, but with plenty of movement to awaken the body to digest information and allow the mind to be opened and refreshed.

This option can be used:

  • Prior to the start of your meeting or after lunch, clearing the mind, creating movement and gaining focus
  • To end your day, feeling refreshed and renewed before heading home

Time: 15 to 45 minutes

Energize
This offering is meant to lift spirits, create energy and get attendees ready to tackle their day! It is also a great ice breaker as an opening to your meeting. Kickboxing or Zumba® based fun!

This option can be used:

  • Prior to the start of your meeting, creating movement, energy and fun
  • To end your day, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated

Time: 15 to 45 minutes

Energize and Revive
A combination of the two offerings. Your choice on how you would like to start and end your day.

  • Prior to the start of your meeting, creating movement, energy and fun
  • To end your day, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated

Time: 15 to 45 minutes each
