“Your service was wonderful”

​Your service was wonderful. Everybody from the beginning was respectful and kind. I was walked through the steps of what I needed to do. I am happy I chose the hotel because I was helped by your staff in everything. Your limousine driver was earlier than expected at my house and then he waited in the limousine once we got to the hotel to drive me back from where I was having pictures taken to the main lobby. That was helpful given my high heels. I also was thankful with the professionalism of your staff and you when helping me and my guests. Everyone was satisfied and my guests rather than complaining gave me praises on how the wedding went.

Please congratulate your staff on our behalf. They helped us even to take the remaining things in the room of the reception to our cars.

“My compliments to the chef”

​There is nothing the staff couldn't or wouldn't do for us from drinks to lighting and last minute use of the limo to get the bridal party from the holding room to the event room in the rain. We were thrilled with their ability to "make it happen".

The room was beautiful and food delicious...especially the roasted red pepper dressing! That was the first time I had it where there were diced pieces of red pepper versus just pureed. I loved it! Chicken and prime rib were excellent. My compliments to the chef.

​The entire staff who worked during our reception was truly a wonderful group of people. They walked about and greeted guests and continually asked them if they wanted more food or drinks. By the end of the night, I heard so many nice things about your team. They were super friendly and very courteous. I honestly felt like a princess by the end of the night; I didn't have to do a thing nor did I have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of before I got there and that was probably the biggest relief of all!

​It was truly a REMARKABLE EXPERIENCE! The gentleman assigned to help us (sorry I forgot his name!) was extremely professional, attentive and very helpful (plus he has an enjoyable sense of humor which we greatly appreciated!) The food was absolutely fabulous so our congrats to the chef as well. We most certainly will return for our next special occasion.

“Mother of the Bride”

​We held our daughter's wedding over Labor Day weekend at your resort. We had 40 rooms booked with out-of-town guests and 29 people golf on Friday. The golfing was terrific. All the guests were extremely happy with the comfort of the beds and pillows and the amenities in their rooms. The view from their rooms was gorgeous. Everyone loved Knickers Pub! From the beginning stages of planning all the way until the end of the reception, everyone made us feel as if we were the only wedding happening all year. The atmosphere, view, food, and service in The Windows Terrace were over the top. Our guests were awed by every minute of the weekend. It could not have been any more perfect.

“Going the extra mile”

​We can't describe our wedding experience as anything but wonderful. It means so much to us, that the staff was so willing to go the extra mile and follow through with the "little details". We cannot thank you enough for the extra attention given to us and our wedding party at the reception, it was such a wonderful treat. We were really pleased with the staff's ability to read the flow of the event and point out helpful hints to us - for example, as the sun set we were approached about opening the windows and we were really impressed with how that added to our experience. We honestly cannot find a flaw in the day, we are elated.

Again we thank you for everything you did to make our experience wonderful and we are more than happy with our choice to use Heritage Hills as our reception venue.

“Treated like royalty”

​I cannot believe how absolutely perfect the entire weekend was! I will be honest, the week before, I was a little nervous about the amount being spent equaling the quality of service. Every concern we had was addressed in the final paperwork. The glasses were spotless, windows were clean, there was no clutter by the bar and the bathrooms had no cleaning supplies stuffed in the back corner. The service was impeccable. Everyone made sure the Bride and Groom, and parents were treated like royalty.

Our guests couldn't believe the view from the Windows Terrace. The tables looked gorgeous! We loved how the homemade runners looked placed on the tables with the menu cards, favor box matchboxes and flowers. Our guests were awed by the food presentation. The orchids were a great touch. I was told by one of my sister-in-laws, who had been to other weddings with a chocolate fountain, that this one was "over the top!". The food was delicious!

This wedding weekend was more than we ever could have imagined! We still can’t believe that we were able to provide such a perfect wedding for our daughter and son-in-law. I know it was dream come true for them. Thanks so much for helping to make this special moment in our lives so unbelievable.

​I wanted to thank you and your staff for helping to create such a beautiful wedding and reception. The staff at heritage was nothing but completely helpful and accommodating in every way that they could possibly be. The ballroom was beautiful and almost everything turned out better than expected.

​I would just like to thank you and your staff again for the amazing time that we had at our wedding reception this past August. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop to our wedding. We still meet with family and friends who said that it was one of the best and most beautiful receptions that they have been to, and you and your staff we very accommodating with everything!

​I had to personally thank you for a magical wedding weekend. Your grounds and facility are fantastic but no matter what activity we were involved in, your staff made it great. They were kind and professional. From the hotel to the spa to the pub to the golf pro shop to the catering starr - everything was handled so very well. I must mention in particular the great catering staff for the wedding. Also the captain of the wait staff that night was so professional and so caring and sincere that she made any issues or problems nonexistent. Everyone couldn't do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
